Well, since soccer has draws, you're between a pickle here.......is it worth it to bet Germany to advance & Argentina to advance? You are getting 3-1 on both your other teams to win it all, not just the upcoming game, so IMO, I would just let the games play out & if both of these teams are playing each other in the final, you're guaranteed 3-1 on your original bet minus the other bet.

If Germany and Argentina both advance (which is possible)you are locked in for the final and Brazil and Netherlands will be no where to be found in the final. If only one, Germany or Argentina advances to the final it provides you an easier hedge in the final since you already have Brazil and Netherlands to win it all or you can let it right because you basically have all four teams covered.

I understand that... so why are you worried about hedging now then? Because you fear the Germany advancing, correct? I was actually looking at lines.... Germany to advance is only -115. Either you hedge the first game or 2nd on a team to advance...(if first hedge team advances, you can let 2nd game ride). You can let 1st game ride and hope for the best, and then hedge 2nd game...
If you are worried about hedging so much... just pick a 3rd team, which totally negates all risk and wastes your bet, and possibly costs you some money (but is still better than losing both futures)

hopefully you listened to BernieV. , as thousands do. BernieV will never steer you wrong and it surely beats advise from some F'n jackass. Another reason I wanted you to hedge is because I'm in two bracket pools and in each I had Germany vs Argentina final with Germany winning and with Argentina winning. Good luck in your wagering.
